Welcome to My Diet Tracker

My Diet Tracker - The free system that helps you track your dietary intake to assist losing, maintaining or gaining weight.

Login or Register to get started.

How it works:

The My Diary page is central to recording what you have eaten. You can add, edit and delete food from this page. The new 'Tummy tank' feature helps to give a visual representation of the calories eaten compared to your body's needs.

You can choose to add specific food to your diary or if you're in a hurry, you can click on the Tummy tank to add or remove # calories. As you add calories, calories are deducted from the tummy tank once per hour based on your recommended calorie intake. The goal is to keep the Tummy Tank green.

Create and edit your own recipes or favourite meal combos in the My Recipes screen, to calculate portions or just to speed up food entry.

See the day's food summary easily on the My Diary screen and a list of the day's food in the My diary screen.

This is a free service with no limits to how many items you can add to your diary.

Features include.....

Favourite Food

When adding food to your diary, your favourite foods will show by default. You can view all food or recipes by clicking on those tabs. To add a food to favourites, it should exist in the system (on the 'All' tab). Add this to your diary. From the diary, you can select this food and then click 'Favourite'. This will now show on the favourite food list.

Steps

Situated on the My Diary page and based on the food added for that day, the number shown here is the number of steps you should do that day to cancel out any additional calories. To add the steps done today, click on the steps button. A popup form will display where you can enter the number of steps and click save. The relevant clories will be calculated and deducted. To update with a new steps number, just repeat - this will overwrite the previous steps entered.

Please note that currently, you can only add steps to today.

Tummy Tank

Situated on the My Diary page, the 'Tummy Tank' shows how many calories you have eaten vs your body's need. Click on the Tummy Tank display to remove calories, for example when you have exercised. You can also add calories quickly here. These won't show in your diary but will be reflected in the tummy tank.

Tummy Tank

Plan ahead

You can add food for the entire day and future days without affecting the 'Tummy tank'. The calories for meals are added as that meal time is due rather than as you add it. Planning your food for the day will help you meet your goals by showing you the total calories and steps required to cancel any surplus.

Diary Scroll

Scroll forwards and backwards through your food diary dates. Add, edit and remove food easily.
